Fragrance Free:  My work studio is Fragrance Free. Please refrain from wearing synthetic perfumes and scents. I will not be able to treat you if you come to your appointment wearing cologne or perfume. Essential Oils are fine. 

 Cancellation Policy: I have a strict 24 hour cancellation / rescheduling policy. If you miss your appointment, cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full fee. I provide you with an appointment confirmation through email and a reminder 48 hours prior to your booked appointment. Please prioritize your wellbeing and my time efficiently. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, it becomes challenging for me to fill that appointment.

Non Refundable Payment Policy: All services and herbal formulas purchased are non- refundable. No refunds will be provided for the full or partial price for any unused services, packages, or expired gift certificates.
